All About Frankie's Wonderful Life

This website is all about a dog named, "Frankie." When Frankie was a puppy, I was only 5 years old and had begun to go to Kindergarten. We also just moved to a new neighborhood so it was a scarey time and things were so new to me.

My father suggested that we get a dog, so he and my mother looked in the newspaper for puppies. They saw an add about some Beagle puppies and we had a nice feeling about it.

Me and my brother were so excited on the way to see the puppies! When we got there we fell in love with the most beautiful dogs we've ever seen and my brother instantly picked Frankie up and held him.

My eyes fell on Frankie also and my parents knew that this was our dog. On the way home is when we were trying to come up with a name for our new puppy and after a few names came to our minds, my mom said, "how about Frankie?"

And everyone loved that name and said, "Frankie -- because he really looked like a Frankie!"
