•After you place your order and pay for it via PayPal with a credit card or with your PayPal account(and you don't have to sign up there just to use their service), and we receive notice of your payment and order, we then call it in to the merchandise warehouse and your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours - then it is drop-shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, which takes around 3 to 5 days to deliver. Some items, such as the seashell type of ornaments generally take a little longer, unless in stock at Angel Rose Gifts home base.

•If you need to return an item, it is policy that you return the item within 30 days after you have received your order to the return address listed on the shipping label(which will be the address for Angel Rose Gifts), and please give a reason for the return. Thank You!
