 * Hello and welcome to my web site.
Let me give you a synopsis on what
I do. I get a pre-designed template
(of your choice as I will give you
some to choose from based on your
desired web site look) and I will
put together a small size web site
for you. A small size web site is
generally 1 to 3 pages and the cost
is $250 which must be paid for in
advance. ($50 for each additional
page)
For this price I will link your email as
one of your link buttons, but there
will be no contact form. If you want
a contact form I will do a short form
for $65 extra. I don't usually recommend
contact forms because they can sometimes
be harvested by spammers and I don't
know enough about how to prevent that
from happening.
I
also provide web hosting for my web
design customers at $34.95 annually,
paid in advance. I no longer give
away a free year of web hosting to
new web design customers.
*Things I do "not" provide:
1.) Programming---My skills are "very
basic" in the coding aspect
of web design. If you are looking
for programming skills you will
need to look elsewhere.
2.) Monthly maintenance service or service
type plans--- I do "not"
babysit web sites--All of the updates
I do are priced "by the job"
and done upon present day request
only and only after I have quoted
a price and it is paid for in advance.
*note - sometimes I will agree to
payment being sent by check after
work has already been done but only
to current, existing customers.
*NEW Web Site Creation: I begin with a Pre-Designed
Professional Template and put your
picture and information into it. (I'm
very good at Imaging---that's my expertise).
